Every member has the right

to be heard
to feel safe and respected
to a supportive and positive environment
to participate in social and learning opportunities
to make a complaint and receive prompt and fair resolution
to have access to minutes of meetings, IWG policies and procedures

Every member has the responsibility

to listen
to respect the beliefs, needs and background of others
to act and speak respectfully
to understand and follow IWG policies and procedures
to carry out all activities in an appropriate manner
to work co-operatively for the benefit of all IWG members
to maintain positive relationships
to care for the property and possessions of others
to help create an inclusive and welcoming environment
to report actual or potential unsafe situations or conduct
